Cribbage King SHIPPING POLICY
Handling time for orders is 1-2 days. Standard in-stock cribbage boards are shipped within 2 days of order placement. Custom cribbage boards are typically shipped within 5 business days of order placement. All items are shipped either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.

We ship to the Lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and to select locations in Canada. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method used. We do our best to ensure products are shipped quickly and arrive in the least time possible given cost restraints. Shipping in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is free. Contact Cribbage King at jon@cribbageking.com for shipping rates to Canada or other international locations.

RETURN POLICY
CK boards are handmade each board is different is unique. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Cribbage king board, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction, defective or damaged items.
Please note that CK boards contain "imperfections" as they are handmade, and boards may vary from the pictures posted on the website. I offer this return policy to ensure my customers are satisfied. Customers may replace or refund a board within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items to the Cribbage King at the address below.

Handmade products have inconsistencies in design and hole alignment and have "imperfections" that make them unique and one of a kind. You may contact us to get additional details or photos of in-stock boards prior to placing an order. It is the buyers responsibility to request images before a purchase is made should he/she choose to do so.
